AreaConnect is a Nigerian estate management technology company founded in August 2026 in Lagos, operated by Area Connector Technologies (RC 9607864). The company builds software that connects estate managers, residents, and security staff on a single digital platform.

The platform includes three apps: AreaConnect Admin (estate managers), AreaMates (residents, on iOS, Android, and web), and AreaConnect Guard (security staff). All three connect to a shared real-time backend.

The platform covers visitor passes and gate verification, Paystack-powered dues collection with invoices and receipts, panic alerts and personal safety tools, in-app calls, an escrow-protected resident marketplace, and a community lounge. AreaConnect is now onboarding its first estates.
